King Burrito in Rogers is a straightforward, no-frills Mexican restaurant that feels like a local staple for reliable, hearty meals without breaking the bank. Positioned near downtown, it caters to families and casual diners looking for familiar Latin American flavors with a focus on generous portions and approachable prices.

The vibe inside is relaxed and practical—clean and bright, with friendly staff that keep the atmosphere welcoming but unpretentious. It’s the kind of place where locals drop in after work or families come to share a meal on a weeknight. The service tends to be quick, making it a solid stop for a lunch break or an early dinner.

King Burrito’s menu highlights a blend of Mexican and Latin American staples with some seafood options, though it keeps the spotlight on burritos and tacos. Dishes like the Cheesy King Burrito and Tacos Alambre are popular choices that showcase bold, comforting flavors. You’ll also find traditional eats such as sopes huaraches and tacos de desebrada, often served fresh and with thoughtful touches like hollandaise sauce for something a bit different. The fish tacos and carne asada come up frequently in local recommendations, reflecting the kitchen’s attention to balance between authenticity and crowd-pleasing appeal.

Regulars appreciate that the pricing feels fair for the portions, making it accessible for both families and folks looking to stretch a lunch budget. It’s not a place for a long, leisurely dining experience but rather for satisfying, straightforward meals with a taste that reminds many of taco trucks and street-style Mexican food.

Customers often note that it’s a dependable stop if you want to avoid overcomplicated menus or upscale Mexican dining—here, the focus is on honest, regional Mexican and Latin flavors done well. Even visitors new to the area often find it a comfortable introduction to the local food scene.

For best results, come with an appetite and a flexible schedule; lunchtime and early evening tend to be lively but flow smoothly. If you enjoy classic Mexican fare in a friendly, family-friendly atmosphere with minimalist decor and attentive service, King Burrito on S 8th Street is a practical choice that fits into the daily rhythms of Rogers.

Most authentic Mexican food in NW Arkansas, just as good as what you can find at a Taco Truck, I love going here, the food is regionally priced and they have good portions. 100% should try.

The food was delicious as always. I got the Fish burrito with cheese sauce. I also ordered grande and King Al pastor burrito for my family and they said it was delicious. We'll be returning again as always!!

I ate at 2 different King Burrito restaurants in 1 day. I ate at the restaurant in Bentonville and the one in Rogers. I enjoyed the tasty carne asada tacos in Bentonville and the flawless rice from Rogers. Thank you, both.

We've been looking so long for a really good breakfast burrito in Rogers. We've gone to maybe ten different spots. King Burrito has been the closest to what we're actually looking for. Great price, lots of flavor, and potatoes which seems like a lost concept here in NWA. We do the chorizo egg and cheese and add potatoes and they're super yummy. My wife eats half of hers and has the other half in the afternoon and mine fills me up till dinner. Great friendly staff. Good beers while you wait. Fun spot.
